A jogging meditation (without ipod or speakers hanging on ears) is a new fad (in AUS). Many people doing in their bedroom -- just jog on one spot and keep mind on arms and feet -- up and down. A 30 minutes meditating jog can burn 300+ calories and clear the "air".
