Yep, we need a few more steps "from idea to product".

We need "process engineers" to (think of ways to) turn results in test-tubes into products in markets. And we need sweet talkers to convince people with money to invest...

I don't expect much from government(s) -- I think 'people power' will come together in the right way -- soon "Let us change the world from the bottom up" ;-)
