I have looked into ideas on bananas and going in direct competition with "Chico" the world largest bananas trading co.

Chico deals mainly in fresh bananas. Processed bananas market is growing. (Chico probably knows this too and doing something to control the market.)

Cooking (green) bananas may be useful substitute for vegetables in many parts of the world (Africa, Central Asia). Bananas can be used in soups, curries, stir-fries, breads and cakes (we have tried many more). Banana flour, bana chips and sun-dried bananas are coming in the market.

The problem is to create a 'cool human image' -- banana eating man is smarter than monkey ';-p
