We would love to see how to make this famous หมี่อ่อนพิมาย won't we? I wonder about the origin of it. Would anyone care to tell?
So we need a way to package and keep หมี่อ่อนพิมาย at its best quality for a day or more, to allow travelers to distribute หมี่อ่อนพิมาย to friends and families far away. This 'take-away' seems a 'bigger trade' and may increase sales and demand many times more than 'eat-in trade'.
Here we should invite innovative ideas. We may find ways to make more take-away trade for many more products in one go, too. Anyone?
