I don't know how much Thai I had learned before I was born. But I was told that I spoke some 20 words when I was 10 months old and growing my teeth. The words were "aagh, hahaha, woeha, baaabaagh, mamaa, maama, pa, paapa, ...".
If we really want to teach our unvorn babies, maybe using audio players is the way to go, --- to give babies the right accents too.
Necessity is the mother of invention! When we need it, we will learn it -- very quickly ;-)
