We don't seem to tell "manufacturers" not to produce or release "lead" into our environment. Surely, what people do in cleaning, avoiding, and putting up with government's policies are further down from the sources -- the lead producers and distributors.

Looking after ourselves must include "getting rid of the cause of our dukkha" too!
