สวัสดีครับ ทิมดาบ Ico48

Please forgive me for replying very late.

We had a change in 'teaching approach' (from 'rote learning' to 'student center' [or 'child centred'] -- from 'giving instructions' to 'giving work orders'; from 'teacher' to 'facilitator'; from 'reading and doing homework' to 'surfing [the Net] and doing project work';...) We can expect 'changes' in many areas. We expect the Ministry of Education will be orchestrating [co-ordinating] the changes and smoothening out ill effects. But we are disappointed. ME did not seem to respond to the challenge in the way we expect but adding more chaotic events and modifying more unstable conditions that schools and universities find confusing and unable to 'shoot the same target'.

ME seems to have self-assessed and patted itself -- on its performance while trillions baht run into the Gulf of Thailand...

A computer tablet would lighten the load on a child's back but how much load will be added on parents' back, we wonder...
