1) I can't understand "why inter-hospital services (like inter-library services) can't be set up in Thailand. Many general services like prescription in the case of your Mum; pathology tests; follow-ups; and more ... can be provided by any health service providers nearest to the patients. In this day and age, electronic transfers of information and account charges can be done at small costs. I am sure patients would gladly pay the costs of administration and transfer -- the costs would be much less than travelling long distances. [We have to make the 21st Century --somehow.]

2) For some people, physical limitations let their free up their mind and transcend the world.

Most people (like me) spend time thinking about looks and what other people think about physical looks.

(I say) Their minds are chained up and can never be free.
