Gotoknow.org may now contain enough of fragmented knowledge of many useful things ('subjects', descriptors and qualifiers). Perhaps, a useful project for high-school or early undergrad students may be started to "collected, combined and linked pages of the same "subjects" together to make "more complete" and up-to-date information. This is knowledge management in the nutshell!
