Science emphasizes reproducibility

- in a way "manufacturing copies" for mass markets.

Western medicine may be very much more about "manufacturing" than "healing".

Where did western medicine come from if not "traditional medicine"?

Yes, there are new discoveries. But that is also happening in traditional medicine.

Traditional medicine is "local" technology (use) of "local" resources for "local" problems/complaints. Local knowledge has long history -- though some parts are distorted or forgotten. And "new" traditional medicine recipes are being tested among people.

Good recording and reporting are the key success of medicine - traditional or not.

Why do we need 'religions', happiness and relationships?

Why do we go to parties, ceremonies, markets,... ?

Is it all science that we live with?
