Working things out in an open-market style makes people united and becoming one people.
Working things out behind closed doors enhances and holds the power over the people.
If we used people's resourcefulness and ingenuity, then people would feel be wiser and better about themselves,
and that would make it more difficult to keep them 'under control';
and that would make it more difficult to buy some of them out and to continue corruption and ...
So, you have got to be joking to tell our ruling party to abandon "using taxpayers' money" to buy packages,
and not to adopt "using people's solutions" (one that the people will be proud to implement and own themselves).
We will hear more about "how the people have delegated power to a party to govern any-which-way the party want.
How sad is it to see a government and the whole machinery of public being used to satisfy one man's ambition?
Sigh!
