ขอบคุณคะพี่ใหญ่ อ่านแล้วทำให้นึกถึงที่ว่า "Feedback" ที่ดีนั้นควรนำไปสู่ "Feedforward" ด้วย เพราะเรากลับไปแก้ไขสิ่งที่เกิดในอดีตไม่ได้ แต่เราต่างอยากมีวันข้างหน้าที่ดีขึ้น
