I think we have to take charge and do things ourselves, if we leave it to our cultural office, as we know a public service office hardly does anything for people, we would not go forward.

A little thought came to mind, had we added a word "red" here and there in the talk, the outcome could have been different. But on reflection --we have to lead--.
