There are other "types" of lowlies.

The lowest of the lows may be those who help others so that they get to profit.

-- divert taxpayer's money to their businesses instead of paying low-income workers who are now out-of-work.

These are "white collar" lowlies. You may see them in foreign suits, in plush cars, on TV talking and at expensive restaurants or hotels.
