Can we use bamboos instead of steel rods?

With woven bamboo floor, perhaps thick polythene (black plastic) sheeting could be used.

With substituted materials,

the cost could be down to 200-300 baht;

construction time would be more;

usability would be limited

NB. Clever fitting of polythene sheet over skeleton is needed -- double skins is one solution.
