Thank you for your enthusiastic teaching. I found this article is effective english learning tool by these reasons.

1. Providing "phrases" not only "words" - I felt remember "simple to integrate into your life" is more practical than

"simple" + "integrate" +"into" something like that.

2. Interesting topic - It is fun to know how to relieve stress rather than " how to use a, an, the" :-)
