ขอตั้งจิตอธิษฐานแด่องค์พระเจ้าตนหลวง ขอบริจาคความคิดเรื่องการพัฒนาจังหวัดพะเยา ดังนี้

1) Use iodised salt in school meals to reduce Iodine Deficiency among children for all schools in Phayao and surrounding areas. (Award the vendors who add Iodine in the foods they sell with a '+I' logo and free promotion?)

2) Re-assess possible health and environmental impacts of 'waste disposal sites' (บ่อขยะ); a better engineering solution for rubbish disposal may be promoted by a competition for better engineering designs for disposal sites.

(Perhaps, a school project: How we can make a better rubbish dump.)
