I agree with this "...สอง เครื่องกลและระบบอัจฉริยะจะมีบทบาทมากขึ้น แรงงานระดับล่างจะถูกเครื่องจักรแย่งงาน โดยเฉพาะงานซ้ำซากจำเจ คนกับเครื่องจักรจะทำงานกลมกลืนกันมากกว่าเดิม..." (except for some senses in the very last clause).
Everywhere, in manufacturing (especially high value technology products) robots are taking jobs from people because they are more reliable, dependable (able to work 24x7), and administratively very low-cost. Robots don't complain about working, health and safety conditions, wages or career advancement. Robots can be retrained relatively quickly and totally (not a little bit at a time). Robots will replace not only process workers in factories but also in laboratories and hospitals. (E.g. chemical, medical and electronic testing.)
Our education systems are still very much about production of human workers to supply (the dwindling labor market --the 1950 industrial model--) demand. We should look into 'automation' more and prepared for more 'automation'.
There are open areas for automation: transport, water supply, electricity supply, health care, farming and education!
What do we do with people?
