I would say the reverse "A person is a leader if and only if there is at least one follower" is more 'true'.

To describe the characters of 'good' followers is somewhat an inverted psychology.

Perhaps, we have been searching for a 'good' leader (to follow) for too long.

[I personally think we have already many 'true' leaders in Thailand and a few (hundreds) 'money-power' mongers.]
