Is it a data recording problem?

E.g. patient histroty and cause of death is not recorded on digital media.

I wonder if 'cause of death' digital data may be 'sampled' from 'digitized hospitals' and correlated with time of year and level of (surface+underground) water.

Can we learn of 'movements' of death agent -nitrite- (geo+demo)graphically (from death register)?
