I don't know that โรคตาแดง makes us see all red. Maybe it does so -- a political party would be flushing 'pink' ;-)

You are right -- one way to think outside a frame is to throw away all 'vision, mission and values'.
No one believes in 'vision, mission and value statements anyway -- they are just music for callers to wait on.
Sigh!
Would we wish, Ministry of Health had the money to spend on victims of floods instead of 'warning to give'?
Would we wish, Ministry of Energy had warning to save energy to all golfers instead of money to give them?
But, we now share the same feeling when we read those news clips. ;-)
