I agree that there are unnecessary duplication of "control" in public "administration".

Thais have not learned the difference between "control" and "administer" (or facilitate) yet.

People are hit with burden of taxes and (public) service fees from redundant offices.

Public works are slowed down because of extra layers of conflicting control procedures.

Corruption by officials drive honest 'common people' to the wall -- and the country into rotting state.

Time to rebuild 'public administration' and have real 'public service'. :-)
