Once again, we see 'qualification paper' becomes the aim of education -- not 'quality of learners'.

We have for so long been placed under a lid -- a small bowl under a cooconut shell cover. We focus on volume of knowledge (though the Internet has made that irrelevant -- we can find as much knowledge as we want to now), where we should have funded more research or more use of knowledge -- to gain better understanding of knowledge and applications in society.
