I think it is a right way to collect ideas and aspects for any subject.

For too long we've based our research on experts. And usually experts have their ideas based on other experts.

In the end we have orchestras of one type musical instruments and we fail to stand up and walk out.

For too long we say 'co-operation' when we mean 'follow-the-leader'.

We don't see farmers as 'food engineers'. We don't see cleaners as 'sanitary warriors at the coal face.'

Because they did not read the same books as we have read, we think their knowledge is not as good as ours.

Because they don't speak the language using our jargon, we think they are backward.

Their children, our children may do the same if we keep on with our 'mine is better'.
