Language is also a major barrier. Based on O-Net results, more effort is needed to encourage children (even teachers) to participate in international collaborative projects. The benefits from such venture seem worth extra effort, but Thailand is lagging behind in second language education. Perhaps, internationalisation projects can help here, apart from 'bonding' and networking among people of the world.
