Keep the death penalty in case of need -- in some circumstances.

Death penalty is a maximum penalty, most judges exercise mercy and compassion and rarely hand down the maximum. How many time we see in newpapers: "rape and kill"; "hit and run"; "deaths in the South"; and so on. We cannot allow these killers to continue killing when the worst for them is a life sentence -- which costs society more in the end in providing them with food, shelter, health care and protection.

It is justice to remove killers from society.
