The talks on Thailand education system are necessary. Views from angles would help to pin-point where repairs are urgent and most effective. I put my thoughts in 15. The Causal Law of Kamma [ please forgive me for linking to my blog ;) ].

My points are:

1) We have not achieved 'clear and tangible' deliverable product in most government education systems. We must address this issue urgently.

2) Today, most parents are less educated than their children. Adults further education through their children may be possible.

3) Classical objectives of education [to meet skills-demands in public infrastructures and industries] may be no longer applicable. Advanced technologies have reduced requirements for many [ classical ] skills. Long-term vision and goal in broader [global crises] context should be publicly discussed and planned for.

For the sake of our children, we must repair our education system now.
