Indeed! We need more 'English speaking Thai teachers' -- even when they are not qualified. I think if they can learned to speak English, they can be trained to teach English.

I think if we can 'excite' learners' senses, they will learn (some faster than others). To learn to speak English we also learning 'to master' numbers [singular, plural]; sex [ ;-) ]; time [ tenses]; and so on ... The learning can be about becomeing conscious of 'who we are and what things are' in details, 'when events happen' in time, where ..., why and how ... This learning can encourage us to take off into the real world. A living one.
