In my opinion , the 2 issues that I think as follow.
1) "Put the right product in the right place (branch)" TCRB can collect various ideas on product to support any areas such as Samrong branch can offer products for industrial groups.According to the location of branch is encompassed by a lot of industrial plants.However,the types of product must be created by staff of branch.
2) "Change myself" we can change our behaviors for example,always learn a new knowledge outside of our job,build a happy workplace and positive thinking including talking.If we can do this it will induce our team do it as same as us.So the productivity can improve.
