1. I have an experience of losing data on ATM cards. It might be happened during my travel to abroad, of which my pocket (ATM cards inside) was inspected by magnetic scanner at airport, so that my data recorded by magnet disappeared. Those were issued by our Bank and SCB. I spent an hour of completing document with fee of 200 ฿ for issuing new card at our Bank while the time consumed to recover my ATM data is about 5 minutes with paperless and no expenses at SCB. So that to stay in Banking Business, it is recommended to use informal organization especially shape experiments technique to shortcuts work to improve services. I think this technique required no additional cost or budget to invest.
