1. After reading papers on “People, the Engine of Success” and compare with the theory of HR Architecture, which can be found the main concepts as follows:

- The similarity in both:

• To focus importantly on the development of people in terms of “Human Capital” with good training and good disciple in oneself with respect to all kinds of wholesome deeds in thought, speech and mind.

• To generate new fruitful ideas for developing “Human Capital” in all levels of skill leading to a sustainable, happy and peaceful society.

- The dissimilarity [difference] in both:

People, the Engine of Success:

• To manage the work in right way and get all things done well and successfully according to good corporate governance.

• To train people with innovative skills to achieve the successful goal.

HR Architecture:

• To follow systematically the useful and fundamental theories, that is to say, 4L’s, 5K’s and 8K’s.

• To emphasize the sustainable development of people by way of Education, Health & Spots, Nutrition, Family and Society as a whole.
