What a nice idea it is! 

Of course, such successful stories play a major role for inspiring active listeners for their future actions. However, I think it's important to have a way with KM such that we can combine those similar activies into the same category. I'm also wondering how we can use KM to help us evaluate their achievement qualitatively, so that their further improvement can be implemented.
