A wonderful way to encourage 'the urge to know -- what would happen if...'.

Science is about asking questions and getting 'good and provable' answers usually by experimenting.

One caution: heating oil and water to certain temperature can cause 'fire explosion' (flaming stir fry effect that we know one as 'ผัดผักบุ้งไฟแดง'). We would like to see more beautiful scientists -- not less of them. Please be careful ;-).
