Rather than "must be/do", isn't "love to be/do" enough?

- ครู ชอบและอยาก (ต้องเด่นในเรื่องวิชาการ) รู้ลึก รู้จริง รู้กว้าง

- ครู ชอบและอยาก (ต้องมีศิลปะในการ) ถ่ายทอดความรู้

- ครู ชอบ (ต้องมีใจเมตตาต่อศิษย์ รัก) ศิษย์ดังลูก

We see that "right view" is a root of "right action" and (repeating action becomes) "right habit" which is a sign of "right person".
