All who  learn this  principle  are encouraged   to  integrate  them   into  their   lives, deepen  their meanings  and  share  their universal applications with others.                                                The natural consequence enhances the effectiveness  of people in both  their  personal  and  professional      lives.                                                                                      Managing human capital  in  organization  does not  mean that we  have only productivity  but  we have capital. So we have  to think  of and do concern its  value most.
