 In my opinion, I like the first one.  Alls(ไม่มี s) showed positive. (Not a proper sentence...it should be...They all showed positive results.)  That meant your system worked. Your next job is to seek for the optimal conditions that show positive control is still(น่าจะเอาออก) positive and negative control is clearly negative.
