How can we know that the result represents the idea of people in general?

I believe that one aspect of this comes from the researchers. They have to understand the issue of ethic. The reported result has to reflect the reality by putting aside their bias. Another aspect of the responsibility derives from readers. They are responsible for a critical and analytical thinking, be aware of social influence. By this i mean in our basis daily encounter, we interact with several people. We receive information via newspaper, radio, newspaper. These are social influence. It contains power over our though. It is able to frame and lead out worldview and attitude. However, I realize that it is very difficult for an ordinary person like us to be aware of every information we consume.

So what we should do to solve this problem????
