1. “Tacit to Tacit”
conversions are not instances of Knowledge Creation from the
organizational point of view à experience sharing, non transferable
throughout the organization.
2. “Tacit to Explicit”
conversions do not create organizational knowledge à only inference
or claim of existing subjective knowledge.
3. “Explicit to Explicit”
conversions à actual procedure is from Explicit to Tacit and
then Tacit to Explicit. Often deductive computerized
combination.
4. “Explicit to Tacit”
conversions à instead of creating organizational knowledge, it is
the process that transfers organizational knowledge to the
individual.
