แต่เป็นแบบดิจิทัล และแจกไปสู่บุคคล

๑. เป็นการทำ QE ในรูปเงินดิจิทัล ใช่หรือไม่ ไม่รู้ เพราะข้อมูลไม่พอ

๒. การใช้บล๊อคเชน จะสามารถกำหนดเงื่อนไขและติดตามการใช้เงินได้

จะทำให้การทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบทั้งภาคราชการ และเอกชน ลดลง

๓. ระบบและวิธีการที่สร้างขึ้นเพื่อการนี้จะสามารถใช้ต่อไปได้ในอนาคต

คิดแบบ มีอคติ ๔ น้อย (อคติ ๔ = ชอบ ชัง กลัว หลง )

I have opposite view to this
“ –๒. การใช้บล๊อคเชน จะสามารถกำหนดเงื่อนไขและติดตามการใช้เงินได้จะทำให้การทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบทั้งภาคราชการ และเอกชน ลดลง ..” because blockchain systems are (originally) based trust (that participants will do the right things) in the community (that the systems operate).

We have issues like:
- can we trust this [government] blockchain system to be [designed. developed and] operated for benefits of the people [as they say]- blockchain systems are democratic validating transactions and new blocks by majority rule[s}_ how many independent full nodes, how many light nodes and mining nodes would there be? [Chances that this [government] blockchain is a private blockchain [in the sense that there is no connection to any other public nodes, because there is not enough benefits to join (cost of running a node can be as high as 5K Baht/month); and what is the financial return for mining nodes to participate (apart from ready-set-up to mine; or for the purpose of laundering bad money)] – because of the low number of nodes in the blockchain can easily be manipulated by money laundering operators,

A popular money laundering strategy is to tumble large sums (of bad) into little amounts and mix them in so that there is no easy way to separate the bad from the good, the lump the mix into large[r] sums and exchange them for cash [or fiat real money]. This condition will already be included in the design!
