ผมได้รับ อีเมล์ จาก รศ. ดร. มงคล รายะนาคร ดังต่อไปนี้
ในช่วงไตรมาสที่ 3 ที่ผ่านมาของปีนี้ มีการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัย/สถาบันอุดมศึกษา และหน่วยงานที่ทำวิจัยทั่วโลก สำหรับปี ค.ศ. 2023 โดยอิงสมรรถนะของจำนวน “นักวิทยาศาสตร์” หรือนักวิจัยที่มีผลงานตีพิมพ์ที่มีการอ้างอิงมาก ที่เรียกว่า AD World University/Institution Rankings 2023 โดยมีการเผยแพร่ผลการจัดอันดับที่ https://www.adscientificindex.com/university-ranking/
จากเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวข้างต้น เมื่อสืบค้นดูอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยโลก โดยอิงตามสมรรถนะของนักวิทยาศาสตร์ในภาพรวมโดยไม่แยกสาขาวิชา เมื่อเรียงลำดับแล้ว ปรากฏผลที่น่าสนใจ ดังต่อไปนี้
