ดู ความ(เหลว)ไหล ในรัฐสภา
Again today I was told to stop ‘consuming news’ to release stresses. The reason was very simple ‘there is no good news today'. I must say - there is really no good news. But I am a human watcher. I watch and make notes, I hope someday I can understand what human behaviour really is.

It is unfortunate that we have ‘[a] Thailand Constitution’ that ‘guarantees’ existence and maintenance of Thailand Parliamentary system [in this present form; without adequate functionality and quality control of its mechanism.
We have ‘apparently a means to add our ‘input’ to the Parliamentary system withการเข้าชื่อเสนอกฎหมายโดยประชาชน (Initiative Process). But the following process ขั้นตอนออกกฎหมายตามรัฐธรรมนูญ 2560 allows (in fact demands) elected members to support the people’s initiative to turn the proposal into a law (or amendment to a law).
The last ‘life line’ อำนาจหน้าที่ของศาลรัฐธรรมนูญ has not been tested. It may take more than ‘goodwill and good solution’ to overcome money and time problems.
I have more notes on this. Perhaps I should post them ;-)
