My access to scientific papers is restricted to only free-and-open-to-public materials. I cannot find out if “the use” of canabis (in the first article above) means ‘smoking’ or drinking or rubbing or … (in non medical terms) or what?
I think we should find out if something like ‘แกงไก่ใส่กัญชา’ is safe (for the public). Who (what government office) is responsible for this question?
