พระพุทธมหามณีรัตนปฏิมากร หรือ พระแก้วมรกต

After that, King Sam Fang Kaen of Chiang Mai received news of the discovery of this Buddha image.  So invited to be enshrined in Chiang Mai, but the Emerald Buddha did not travel to Chiang Mai.  But go to Lampang if the elephant has the Emerald Buddha on the elephant's back.  Chiang Mai saw that Lampang was in the Lanna Kingdom, so he brought it to Wat Phra Kaew Don Tao.  until the reign of King Tilokkarat  invited the Emerald Buddha to Chiang Mai  Built a castle to enshrine but was struck by lightning many times.  When King Chai Chettha of Lan Xang, a relative of the Lanna dynasty, came to rule Chiang Mai.  When King Chai Chettha returned to Luang Prabang, he invited the Emerald Buddha along with the Buddha Sihing.  When Lan Xang moved the capital from Luang Prabang to Vientiane, he also invited the Emerald Buddha down.  Later, King Taksin the Great established Thonburi as the capital and invited the Emerald Buddha.  and Phra Bang came from the Lan Xang kingdom of Vientiane (Laos) at that time, enshrined at Wat Arun, later, at the end of his reign, His Majesty King Buddha Yodfa Chulalok the Great brought Buddha Maha Mani Ratana sculpture into the royal barge.  He crossed the Chao Phraya River to enshrine at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.  until now  Prabang was returned to Luang Prabang (Laos).
