ผมได้รับ อีเมล์ จาก รศ. ดร. มงคล รายะนาคร ดังต่อไปนี้
หลังจากที่สำนักจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยทยอยกันประกาศผลการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยโลกมาเป็นลำดับแล้ว ช่วงปลายปี ค.ศ. 2018 นี้ ก็มีกระแสการวิพากษ์เกิดขึ้นหลายเรื่องในวงการการอุดมศึกษา ในระดับสากล World University News (WUN) ซึ่งประกาศสำนักตนเองว่าเป็น “หน้าต่างอุดมศึกษาของโลก” (The Global Window on Higher Education) ก็ได้เผยแพร่บทความที่น่าสนใจ เป็นจำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2561 ส่วนใหญ่เป็นบทความในชุด Transformative Leadership Series แต่ที่น่าสนใจจริงๆในระดับสากล มีประมาณ 10 เรื่อง ดังปรากฏชื่อบทความ ผู้เขียน และ Web Link ของบทความ ดังต่อไปนี้
