Code of conduct for Internet users.
  There are a number of Internet users. And growing every day. The networks are online and send messages to each other there are those who have behaved badly mixed. And create problems for other users at all times. Many networks have rules out use of the network members to adhere to their networks and comply with the rules is to provide public benefit. Not a problem of some users to create trouble.
    Therefore, anyone who uses the Internet as the network will need to understand the rules and regulations. The network is responsible for their own liability and joint use of others, and will be required. Responsibility for their actions on the request for services on the network on a computer system.

จรรยาบรรณสำหรับผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต
 ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตมีเป็นจำนวนมาก  และเพิ่มขึ้นทุกวัน  การใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายที่ออนไลน์และส่งข่าวสารถึงกันย่อม มีผู้ ที่มีความประพฤติไม่ดีปะปน และสร้างปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้อื่นอยู่เสมอ หลายเครือข่ายจึงได้ออกกฏเกณฑ์การใช้งานภาย ในเครือข่าย เพื่อให้สมาชิกในเครือข่ายของตนยึดถือและปฏิบัติตามการสร้างกฏเกณฑ์ก็เพื่อให้สมาชิกโดยส่วนรวมได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุด ไม่เกิดปัญหาจากผู้ใช้บางคนที่สร้างความเดือดร้อนให้    
   ดังนั้นผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตทุกคนที่เป็นสมาชิกเครือข่ายจะต้องเข้าใจกฏเกณฑ์ข้อบังคับ ของเครือข่ายนั้นมี ความรับผิด ชอบต่อตนเองและผู้ร่วมใช้บริการคนอื่นและจะต้อง รับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของตนเองที่เข้าไปขอใช้บริการต่าง ๆ บน เครือข่ายบน ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
