Learning to learn Plain and Simple English (PSE).


It says at < http://www.class.in.th/classes/15 > (now 'www.class.in.th' has a new name 'www.classstart.org'. Please replace 'class.in.th' with 'classstart.org' in the above url.)

We will look at a concept of 'Plain and Simple English' (PSE).
And we will look at how to make English plain and simple..."

We may now see a certain pattern in this series of 'how-to' learn PSE.

That is 'the pattern' of our learning process.

We will
   repeat { 
      /* this process over and over again */
        - get new words
        - play with new words (use or invent games as necessary)
        - categorise new words into N boxes (add new boxes as necessary)
        - use new words in simple English (find more recipes as we go)
        - work out new 'patterns' (add 'rules' as we go)
        - construct simple English (check output for 'good for use')
          }
   until we 'succeed' or we 'run out of time'


So, our PSE learning is more like computational (English) learning.

   We learn (English) by experiencing it.
   We learn to construct (output) patterns (in English) from (input) words. 
   We learn a process for learning (Plain and Simple English).

What more do we want from life? ;-)

I will have a look at classstart.org and see if I can fit in better.
