ทูลเกล้าทูลกระหม่อมถวายมาเพื่อทรงพิจารณา

มีหนังสือกราบบังคมทูลว่า   “ทูลเกล้าทูลกระหม่อมมาเพื่อทรงพิจารณา” ทรงพระสรวลตรัสว่า “ถ้าทูลเกล้าทูลกระหม่อมก็อยู่บน กระหม่อมยังไม่ถึงฉัน ถ้าจะให้ถึงฉัน ต้องทูลเกล้าทูลกระหม่อมถวายมาเพื่อทรงพิจารณา”

What is this ปลากุดป่อง I have never heard of it before. A search on the Internet reveals that กุดป่อง is a village in จังหวัดเลย. I looked at the many pictures of flood water in places. Yes, I got it in the first picture -- it is a big flood. And about the seventh picture, I saw what the fish were -- carps (ปลาตะเพียน).

Now, I see. We have a similar situation like in the หนังสือกราบบังคม above. Perhaps

   น้ำท่วมเมืองเลย 2554 จับปลา(ตะเพียนที่)กุดป่อง

would be easier to understand.

But todays, if we say things clearly we are not politically correct.
