Why can TELL be problematic for my learners?

  Learners will need enough time to get used to the new system.

Learners are very often not used to effectively applying such learning strtegies as planning and monitoring of the learning process, reflection or self-evaluation. In traditional teaching learners do not find much space for developing these strtegies since the teacher is the key person who makes all or most of the desisions and the learners just follow the rules.

Learners sometimes have problems with their approach towards learning independently. they are often more focused on the end product rather than the process.

Technical inadequacy or inexperience with using technology.
