แต่ย้อนไปตอนเริ่มแรกของการชุมนุม ฝรั่งก็เขียนว่าพวกคุณไม่ควรมาชุมนุมอย่างนี้ ควรไปจุดเทียนถวายพระพรที่พระองค์กำลังประชวร แต่พวกนี้ก็ไม่สนใจอะไร
จริงๆแล้วก่อนที่จะมาถึงจุดนี้ ผู้นำน่าจะสลายการชุมนุมเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ตาม รวมทั้งห้ามปรามผู้ตามที่รบกวนสิทธิของประชาชนในบริเวณนั้น ห้ามการทำลายล้างสร้างความเสียหายกับกรุงเทพมหานคร
ทุกครั้งที่นำประชุมควรคิดสิ่งเหล่านี้
