ระดับปริญญาโท - Master of Science in Project Management (International Program)

The Master of Science Degree Program in Project Management anticipates to support the graduates from the Greater Mekong Sub – region countries the capabilities in carrying out the actual success of project implementation which depending upon the establishment of an appropriate organizational structure and set of operating procedures for acquiring and utilizing the needed financial resources, personnel resources, technology resources, and often international resources in enabling national economic and social development policy becomes stable.

 

Objectives : The program aims to increase capabilities of the managers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects management in the Greater Mekong Sub-region countries for economic growth and social development.

1. To improve management ability in managing development program, projects and plans.
2. To develop the ability to solve and critically analyze the problems for effective decision making. 3. To develop the ability to manage core elements of the project management in finance, procurement and contract, quantitative and qualitative analyze environmental and social assessment, human resource and management information system.
4. To increase the research ability that will assist capacity building interventions and develop institutional capacities.
5. To highly possess ethical value and a change agent in proficiency project management and regional development.
